This 4 week series is designed for individuals with little or no experience. Gentle stretching, relaxation breath work and mindfulness of our body/mind connection will be introduced. 2 live check-ins will be scheduled on the zoom platform to answer and questions you may have OR to connect and share your learning experience. Modifications for stretches are suggested. I believe any BODY can join in.
